2003 Sylvan Learning Center
Employed as a Beginning Reader tutor, Academic Reader tutor and Basic Math tutor. My responsibilty is to connect with my students one on one to make sure they get a thorough understanding of task at hand. At the center I become that help, that force, that push, that the kids need to be succesful in their educational endevors.
2003 Party City
Work as a cashier and floor set-up. I make sure the customers have found what they needed and found their shopping experience enjoyable. I also work at other sections of the store that require different services.
2002 Layne Bryant
Worked as cashier/floor sales. I help customers make decisions on their purchases and answered any questions they may have. I also had the responsibility of handling my customers money. I worked in a diverse environment which I found enjoyable.
2001-02 Alcorn State University Athletic Office
Worked as an assistant secretary. I answered phones, filed documents and worked closely to the coaches and the Athletic Director. I also worked closely to the surrounding community of students who needed help within the department.

Worked as a primary cashier. Provided postal services for customers. Responsible for store supervision in absence of supervisor. Social abilities was a must as well as being a team player.
1999 Museum of Science and Industry
Worked as a cashier full time. Also greeted customers. The responsibility of making sure the customers got what they ordered in timely fashion was essential. I also did minor maintenance work.
1998 Leonas Restaurant
Worked as a hostess part time where I took on the responsibility to seat customers and attend to their needs. My job was to make sure the customers felt welcome and I did it proudly. I also did other small maintenance duties around the restaurant.
1997 Ticket Master
Worked as a phone operator where I took ticket orders over the phone and place them into the computer system. Then I was trusted with my customer credit card number to complete their order.
